Data Historian
Designed and deployed a robust OSIsoft PI system architecture tailored to the client's specific needs. Integrated the PI system with existing manufacturing and quality control systems, as well as dataPARC for enhanced data visualization and analysis capabilities. Implemented data collection interfaces for various sources, including DCS, SCADA, lab systems, and dataPARC. Configured PI Asset Framework (AF) for efficient data organization and contextualization. Developed custom PI ProcessBook displays, PI DataLink reports, and dataPARC dashboards for real-time data visualization and comprehensive analysis.
CYBERSECURITY

Computer Systems Validation
We excel in Computer Systems Validation (CSV), ensuring that our clients' systems consistently produce accurate, reliable, and secure results in compliance with regulatory requirements. Our comprehensive CSV approach covers the entire system lifecycle, from requirements gathering and risk assessment to design, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance. We specialize in validating a wide range of systems including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Electronic Batch Record (EBR) systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, with particular expertise in FDA-regulated environments. Our validation processes are meticulously designed to meet GAMP 5 guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, and other relevant international standards, providing our clients with the assurance that their critical systems are fit for purpose and compliant with industry regulations.
